Church Life

Evangelists

While the New Testament encourages all Christians to "do the work of an evangelist" (2 Timothy 4:5), it also recognises that there is a special gift of evangelism within certain individuals (Ephesians 4:11). Living Waters is a local church and does not have a resident evangelist as part of the team. However, we do have a good relationship with a number of evangelists working in the ministry today.

John MellorJohn Mellor is an Australian who travels the world sharing the good news about Jesus Christ and seeing great signs and wonders wherever he goes. John's influence upon Living Waters when he first visited back in June 2005 has been extraordinary and his ministry served as a catalyst for the church to begin to flow much more in the miraculous.  He continues to mentor Peter Cavanna and visits the church as regularly as he can. www.johnmellor.org

Barry Woodward

Barry Woodward spent his early life as a heroin addict, drug dealer and was incarcerated for his crimes. Wonderfully freed from all of this by the power of Jesus Christ, he committed himself to serving the Lord and God called him to be an evangelist. Today he has a national ministry and is an associate evangelist with J. John of Philo Trust. He recently published his first book "Once an Addict" which is available in Christian bookshops. www.proclaimtrust.org

Nathan Morris

Nathan Morris is the founder of international ministry "Shake the Nations" which holds large Gospel crusades in Sierra Leone, Kenya and India. Nathan was a member of Living Waters back in 2002/2003 and was powerfully impacted by a move of the Spirit which the church was enjoying at that time. He now goes to the nations with the life changing message of Jesus as Saviour and healer, and there are many converts and miracles in his meetings.www.shakethenations.co.uk

Steve Parsons

Steve Parsons is a regular guest ministry at Living Waters and is always a blessing. A brilliant and original Christian singer/songwriter, Steve ministers with gentleness, simplicity and humour through the medium of music and story-telling. He is also a brilliant preacher and his recent message "The Real Jesus"  left the church deeply challenged. Steve has released five albums, the latest was a live recording called simply Tenwww.steveparsons.net
