Living Waters Small Groups
The larger celebrations on Sundays are exciting, faith building times. But we also firmly believe that to truly get to know people and grow together as community, it has to be done a lot smaller. That is why we encourage all committed members of the church to be part of a small group, sometimes called "a cell", where each person can be cared for and encouraged and no-one gets lost in the crowd.

Like being on a fishing boat, small groups have a dual purpose; either catching fish or mending nets. The groups are held in people's homes throughout the week and consist of worship and prayer, a time of discussion, usually about the message that was taught at the Sunday Celebration, plus quite a bit of coffee and tea!

We believe that the Christian life is a journey and one that has to be travelled with others. There is so much we can learn from each other. The small groups allow people the opportunity to take down their masks and be real, as well as having lots of fun too. We also find that some people who are not used to church services may be more comfortable entering the social environment of a small group at first, rather than a large Sunday celebration. In line with the church's overall vision, the cells serve to consolidate and disciple people in the Christian faith and to position them ready to be sent out to bring in the harvest.
